RETURN AND REFUND
If you are not satisfied with our products and want to initiate the refund process, our customer service is willing to help you.
The rules are as follows:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you can return it and
Get a full refund or exchange it for another product you want. (If the goods are returned due to the customer's mistake, the return freight shall be borne by the customer, and the freight shall be borne by the customer.)
You can return or refund the product within 30 days from the date of receipt. whatever
The products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them, and use the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Returns of Used Items.
Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days after receiving and confirming the return. Please check your account.

Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us if the customer has not received the refund after ten business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
According to the "Contact Us" section below, you can contact us by email or phone to cancel the order. The cancellation will not be confirmed until you receive a reply from our customer support team:Contact@emoko-scooter.com
Due to the speed of our order processing (as fast as possible), we will try but cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order on the website.
For all orders (including advance orders), your credit card/debit card will be charged immediately. No matter when the project is expected to be delivered, the collection will not be delayed.
Refund
After the warehouse receives and checks your returned goods, we will check the status of the received goods and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your PayPal account or original payment method will automatically apply credit within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your PayPal account manager or credit card company. Your refund may take a while to complete.
Next, please contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is released.
