I bought this bike, and it’s fantastic overall. But I can’t access the settings—it requires a password, and I can’t find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!
So disappointed with this scooter my child only had for 2 months and it will not keep a charge. I’ve tired over and over to get in touch with someone but can never get anyone to help me
My son ordered a controller part and it came but unfortunately wasn’t the problem, so we sent it back and no money has been returned , could anyway advice please
I purchased the Emoko C91 dual motor e-bike and after 1 month the motor no longer works. The battery is fine and powers up but no throttle. I have been trying to get help from the company but it has been difficult to get a response. Prior to the motor not working things were great and I loved it.
I’ve only had this scooter for 1 month and it already needs wheel replacements and a battery. I bought this device off of amazon, Traveled 300 total miles in my town already with no option to buy new wheels. These guys don’t have wheel replacements on the web sight here so it’s frustrating me because right now this scooter is my only mode of transportation.
Had to wait a extra two weeks due to charging issues I don't know why then the product finally comes an will NOT cut on nor will it charge I spent 300 bucks an waited 14 days for a (very nice looking) paper weight keep being told someone will contact I haven't heard back yet just going to return it of your in the u.s. I suggest buying something local do not order period

Is there anyway we can reset this bike to factory settings? I have two of them, but both settings are messed up
