Im giving 4 stars only because of the customer service professional conversions with me. There shouldn't be a cost for me to pay for a part that my product was already in a warranty and i gave you all the proof needed. 1 month after i bought the bike it stopped working. It wasn't after years. But other than that the customer service was very respectful and did everything they could to help me. I would have rated very low if it was for the sipping cost only
