We hope you can have a pleasant purchase. If you have any dissatisfaction about any part during the process, please read the following carefully to understand our return policy in case of your return can be successful.
Returns of the Items Within 14 Days of Receipt
Buyers are allowed to return the original item within 14 days of receiving the item, but the returned item must be brand new or unused, and the bicycle must not have any damage or defect to receive a full refund without restocking fees. For all returns, authorization from Emoko is required, shipping costs incurred during the return process will be borne by the buyer (due to the return of customer’s personal reason), and returned bikes must be free from damage, wear, smell, dust, dirt, and missing parts, and packaging and everything in the box (charger, battery, keys, tools, etc.) must be in the same condition as when you received it. The bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the odometer. Your refund will be returned within three working days by your original payment method after the bike has been inspected by our technical department.
Return of the Items After 14 Days of Receipt
If your return time has been more than 14 days, but you still want to make a return outside of the 14-day window, you can return the item that is in its original condition. However, you need to pay the return shipping fee and may incur up to 20% restocking fee of the purchase price / 20% stocking fee or handle fee.
Return of Used Items
We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. You need to notice the time period that all used items without any damage need to return within 30 days. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) kilometers on the odometer. You need to pay for the shipping fee and incur up to the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the return costs for your returned item and they are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items. If you want a return, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Return Procedures, Cod, and Timing
Please get in touch with our customer service team using the contact below the article. When we receive your information and process your return request, we will notify you of the latest return situation through the email address in your file. You do not need to obtain a Return Material Authorization or Permission Number. We do not accept returns of cash on delivery (COD). Generally, your refund will be credited to your payment card or payment account within 72 hours of processing (or on your next paper statement).
No Bike Shop Returns & Exchanges
Please note that each of our dealerships or bike shops we work with has its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns for items purchased from other sources or bike shops. Please contact the place of purchase for their specific return policy if required.
