C91 Ebike Error Code
E6 means low-voltage protection, when E6 shows up, pls charge the scooter for a while, then the E6 will disappear automatically, if the E6 still exists after charging, then pls replace the Battery.
E7 means motor error, pls replace the whole Motor.
E8 means the throttle error, pls replace the Throttle.
E9 means the controller error, pls replace the Controller.
C93 Ebike Error Code
E6 means low-voltage protection, when E6 shows up, pls charge the scooter for a while, then the E6 will disappear automatically, if the E6 still exists after charging, then pls replace the Battery.
E7 means motor error, pls replace the whole Motor.
E8 means the throttle error, pls replace the Throttle.
E9 means the controller error, pls replace the Controller.
E10 means the communication problem between the display and the controller. Please check if the direct connection between the display and the controller is loose, if it is, please get the connection fixed. If still show E10, pls replace the Display-Controller Cable (connection cable between display and controller)
E11 means the communication problem between the display and the controller. Please check if the direct connection between the display and the controller is loose, if it is, please get the connection fixed. E12 means the communication problem between the display and the controller. Please check if the direct connection between the display and the controller is loose, if it is, please get the connection fixed. If still show E12, pls replace the Display-Controller Cable (connection cable between display and controller)
Escooter A19 Error Code
E1 means hall sensor error, please kindly open the bottom plastic cover to check if the motor hall connector is loose? If the hall connector is loosen, please fix it tightly. If the problem is still not solved after fixing the connector, pls replace the whole Motor.
E2 means the throttle error, pls replace the Throttle.
E3 means the electronic brake error, pls replace the electronic brake.
E4 means low-voltage protection, when E4 shows up, pls charge the scooter for a while, then the E4 will disappear automatically, if the E4 still exists after charging, then pls replace the Battery.
E5 means over-current protection, when E5 shows up, both the electronic brake and throttle will stop working, pls leave the scooter alone and cool it down for a while, then the E5 will disappear automatically, if the E5 continues to show up frequently, pls replace the Controller.
E6 means the motor phase error, pls replace the Controller.
E8 means the communication problem between the display and the controller. Please check if the direct connection between the display and the controller is loose, if it is, please get the connection fixed. If still show E8, pls replace the display-controller Cable (connection cable between display and controller) + display PCB + Controller.
Escooter HVD-3 Error Code
E2 means the electronic brake error, pls replace the electronic brake.

Escooter T4 MAX/T4 MAX PRO Error Code
E4 means controller error, pls replace controller.
E10 means the communication problem between the display and the controller. Please check if the direct connection between the display and the controller is loose, if it is, please get the connection fixed. If still show E10, pls replace the display-controller cable (connection cable between display and controller) + display PCB + controller.
E11/E12/E13 means Motor current sensor is abnormal, pls replace controller.
E14 means the throttle error, pls replace the throttle.
E15 means the electronic brake error, pls replace the electronic brake.
E16/E17/E18 means hall sensor error, please kindly open the bottom plastic cover to check if the motor hall connector is loose? If the hall connector is loosen, please fix it tightly. If the problem is still not solved after fixing the connector, pls replace the whole motor.
E28/E29 means controller error, pls replace controller.
E33 means over-current protection, when E3 shows up, both the electronic brake and throttle will stop working, pls leave the scooter alone and cool it down for a while, then the E33 will disappear automatically, if the E33 continues to show up frequently, pls replace the controller.
E53 means Exceed system load, pls replace Motor.
E54 means Controller short circuit, pls replace controller.
Escooter T4 PRO Error Code
E1 means the communication problem between the display and the controller. If still show E1, pls replace the Display-Controller Cable (connection cable between display and controller) + Display PCB + Controller.

Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your refund. If you have chosen the refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 7-14 business days as you card bank need to process the refund to you. Please understand that we need to refund to your card bank first within 48 hours. But your card bank may need 7-14 business days to transfer the money to your card account. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information. We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kind understanding.
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1) Items are in different warehouses.
2) Hot-sale items need additional preparation time. 3)Weight limit of customs or courier. You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.
