I have waited patiently for a response from ANYONE at EMOKO (Parent Company, US Vendor, etc). AGAIN, I purchased an additional rear motor for my emoko c-93 bike, although the bike is supposedly under warranty for one year (Bike Delivered second week of last year).This motor is defective. The bike non-working after only One YEAR...!!!I also had to replace (PURCHASE) a New Controller, Display and multiple sets of tires (which a not a big deal for the fact that tires do wear down after use). Are you going to contact in regards to this situation? Is your company going to make good on your product? Any answer would be appreciated.
